Leadership Team
Krishna Dev
Krishna is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Valorega, where he leads the firm’s mission to help growing organizations scale execution capacity without adding management drag, fixed overhead, or operational chaos. With over 20 years of experience across global financial markets and entrepreneurship, Krishna brings a distinctive blend of operational leadership, process discipline, and hands-on scale-building. His work has consistently focused on enabling leadership teams to stay out of day-to-day execution while maintaining control, visibility, and reliability as organizations grow.
Previously, Krishna served as Senior Vice President and Head of India at Daloopa Inc., where he built the India operations from the ground up into a 350+ person delivery organization. He oversaw end-to-end operations spanning data operations, finance, HR, and IT, and established scalable workflows, governance frameworks, and quality controls that supported investor-grade outputs at scale. Under his leadership, the India organization evolved into a critical execution engine supporting Daloopa’s global client base.
A visionary operator and first-principles thinker, he built Valorega to serve as a trusted offshore growth partner for global clients. Krishna is passionate about creating scalable, quality-driven delivery models that operate as long-term extensions of client teams. Today, he drives Valorega’s mission to transform how companies scale through strategic offshore partnerships, underpinned by excellence, integrity, and lasting client success.
He holds an MBA in Finance from ITM Group of Institutions, and is a certified CFA® Charterholder (CFA Institute) and Financial Risk Manager (FRM®) from GARP. Krishna is also an alumnus of the Indian School of Business (ISB), one of India’s most prestigious institutions for leadership and management.
