Phase 1: Valorega’s Role – Product Development and Launch Enablement
Before Daloopa built its internal operations, Valorega was engaged as a strategic partner to help accelerate product development and delivery capability.

Phase 2: Scaling India Operations – Led by Krishna Dev
In November 2020, Krishna Dev (Founder of Valorega) joined Daloopa as SVP & Head of India, with a mandate to establish and scale the India operations from the ground up.
Operational Setup
- Established the Noida, India legal entity, completed all statutory registrations, and created operational SOPs.
- Built the core functions including HR, finance, IT, compliance, and administration.
